2019 Moran Contemporary Photographic Prize Exhibition Opening
This year’s MCPP Exhibition will open to the public this coming Saturday (4th May)
and runs until Sunday 2 June. To mark the opening of this year’s exhibition MCPP judges Cheryl Newman and Stephen Dupont, will host a special walk through at the MCPP’s home Juniper Hall. This will give the audience a unique opportunity to view the 30 finalist photographs ahead of the winner’s announcement the following week.
There will also be additional artist talks later in May with MCPP finalists Brian Cassey, Jason Thomas and Cassie Sullivan.

Sunday 12 May at 2pm:
Artist talk with MCPP finalists Brian Cassey and Jason Thomas
Sunday 26 May at 2pm:
Artist talk with MCPP finalist Cassie Sullivan

The MCPP has a total prize fund of $100,000 including $50,000 for the winning photograph. Photographers were invited to portray life in Australia; places, people and lifestyle that make our lovable country quintessentially Australian.
